DC series vibration motors are designed to provide efficient and reliable operation. These motors are equipped with permanent magnets and optimized electromagnetic design, resulting in improved efficiency. To ensure accurate control of the motor's on/off, speed and vibration force, DC brushless vibration motors should be equipped with digital display speed regulating drivers. This allows for high efficiency, power saving, and intelligent control of the vibration motors.

Application
Micro series vibration motors are designed to address a variety of issues in the chemical, food, packaging, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as for electroplating and other corrosion prevention scenarios. These motors are suitable for slightly dry and fine powders, such as plastic, sugar, carbonate, seeds, and so on. They can be used for miniature silos, vibrating screens, chutes, vibrating feeders, vibrating tables, and vibrating channels, among other applications. The motors offer a number of advantages, such as low power consumption, high efficiency, low noise, and stepless vibration force adjustable.

Vibration motors can be installed on any position, provided that the installation position is smooth and free of defects. High-resistance screws and nuts should be used to securely attach the vibration motor to the structure.
