The SV series vibration motor, like other foot mounted vibration motors, provides vibration force for vibration mechanical equipment, Two parallel installed Sv three segment long motors provide linear vibration force, and one installed provides circumferential vibration force. The Sv series vibration motor does not require any crossgirder to be installed on vibration mechanical equipment,as its body acts as a crossgirder;
The SV series vibration motor is designed to replace the long vibration motor installed on the imported brand vibrating screen. Due to its versatility, the SV three segment long vibration motor can also be used in many other application industries.

Application advantages
The excitation force directly acts on the screen wall, improving the efficiency of screening and the lifespan of the screen.
Through the preset holes on the driven eccentric block, the SV series three-stage long vibration motor can achieve adiustment of vibration force.
The SV series vibration motor is preset with a star connection method in the junction box when finished, which is suitable for high voltage connection.
The SV series vibration motor can also be changed from a star connection to delta connection by simply adjusting the connecting plates in the junction box,Thus, it can be used at low voltage.
The SV series vibration motor can provide multiple voltages according to requirements.
Three stage motor
Application: vibrating screens, shale vibrating screens, feeders/conveyors, and dehydrators for quarrying, mining, recycling, and other fields.
Problem solving: The SV series vibration motor is part of the machine: it eliminates the crossgirder used to support the motor, allowing the excitation force to directly act on the screen wall, avoiding energy dissipation
